Electrical connections, lifting operations, placement, tie-downs, transport, and site preparation must be evaluated and performed by properly trained and qualified personnel.

References to equipment being load-tested or approved for lifting do not eliminate the need for a project-specific lifting plan, suitable lifting equipment, qualified personnel, required inspections, site authorization, or compliance with applicable safety requirements.

Anvil Rentals may decline a request if it determines that the intended use, site conditions, access, electrical service, placement, or other circumstances are inappropriate or unsafe.

5. Equipment Specifications

Customers must confirm all material requirements directly with Anvil Rentals before entering into a rental agreement. The final quote, equipment documentation, and rental agreement control if they conflict with information on the website.

6. Quotes and Rental Agreements

Quotes may be subject to expiration, equipment availability, credit approval, deposits, taxes, delivery charges, pickup charges, cleaning charges, damage charges, insurance requirements, site requirements, and other terms stated in the quote or rental agreement.

A separate rental agreement may contain additional terms governing possession, use, operation, maintenance, loss, damage, indemnification, insurance, return, default, and remedies.

The separate rental agreement controls all equipment rentals.
